🏖️ Private Beach Club — An Exclusive Perk You Won’t Find Anywhere Else
Most Southwest Florida communities claim to be near the beach. Pelican Landing owns one. Our guests have exclusive access to a private 34-acre island beach club on Big Hickory Island in the Gulf of Mexico — no public crowds, no paid parking, no fighting for a spot.
Getting there is half the fun: board the private resident launch at Coconut Point Marina, cross Estero Bay in 12 minutes (dolphins and manatees are regular companions on the crossing), and step onto a mile of sugar-white sand that belongs entirely to Pelican Landing residents and their guests. The beach house offers pavilions, shaded seating, restrooms, showers, beach bocce courts, and a nature library. No other gated community in Southwest Florida offers anything like it.

27 holes across three distinct 9-hole courses designed around natural Florida wetlands and preserve. Driving range, putting greens, practice bunkers, a well-stocked pro shop, and PGA-certified instruction. Guest play available at member rates.

Multiple heated community pools are scattered throughout Pelican Landing, with the main pool complex featuring lap lanes, a zero-entry section, an oversized hot tub, and shaded lounge areas. Open year-round.
